Video Tutorial: Advanced Cycling Planned Workouts in Intervals.icu.
Welcome to this video tutorial where I explain how I create Cycling Planned Workouts using Intervals.icu.
When I learned Intervals.icu added a feature to upload planned workouts to Wahoo devices, I was intrigued. In this tutorial, I show how I create cycling workouts for my Wahoo ELMNT Bolt V2, also compatible with my Garmin Edge 1040. This video tutorial summarizes the most useful forum information I found on how to create them through browsing and reading numerous forum posts and threads.
I have no relationship with Intervals.icu and this video tutorial reflects my personal use only.
